After installing the screen, if you upgrade your Tesla to 20.1 and the battery and range are not updated, please do an OTA upgrade. After the OTA upgrade.

Seamless Design Meets Functionality:

FAQs

1. Question: Black screen (the screen is installed but does not light up)?

Answer: (1) Check whether the power supply fuse is burned out. If so, replace it with the same type of fuse.
(2) Other factors cause the microprocessor to work abnormally, please restart the key
(3) Check whether the host plug is not plugged back within 5 minutes after being unplugged. If so, please connect the wiring harness, lock the car for 2 hours, keep the mobile phone and remote control key, and stay more than 20 meters away from the car. After 2 hours, check whether the screen can be lit.
(4) The host or screen plug is not tightly plugged in. Reconnect the host plug.

2. Question: The original car information is out of sync or not displayed?

Answer: The power cord protocol line is not connected, and the plug-in wire interface needs to be rechecked.

3. Question: Carplay cannot be connected after using it for a while?

Answer: Please reconnect Bluetooth or upgrade the APP, and find after-sales customer service to extract the relevant OTA software.

4. Question: After the Tesla upgrade, the screen stays on?

Answer: The system signal is out of sync, please unplug the power cord and reconnect it.

5. Question: Is there an echo during the call?

Answer: Caused by signal interference. (1) Please set the default call path to the original car Bluetooth or external speaker. (2) When using carplay, if you want to route calls by car or speaker by default, you need to go to iPhone Settings>Accessibility>Touch>Call Audio Routing>Set as Bluetooth Headset, then default to any Bluetooth device, in this case , the choice is Tesla. Or set it to Speaker, which will default to iPhone Speaker instead of carplay.

6. Question: The sound is delayed

Answer: Check whether auto is selected in the settings instead of speaker

Great product for adding to Tesla as instrument cluster

Neat sized and very compact it is much an improvement from previous 9" Android device for me. Works great, and CarPlay connects right away.

One minor issue - not always activates front camera when approaching on low speed.
