I tried repeatedly to send this back but to no avail. it cost me over $300 to have it installed but didn’t have the right parts. Shame on Hansshow for not taking care of your customer. your communication or lack thereoff is awful!!!

Great quality product. However the brackets were mislabeled causing significant rework. Additionally, the rearmost brackets should have the tabs the opposite direction allowing for more contact area with the running board and not requiring the entire board from having to be shifted back into the wheel well. Overall, we made it work and I plan to keep them installed. They look and work great.

These running boards are exactly what these trucks need for better access and to save the suspension from kneeling. They are strong, not rock crawlers. Installation is easy, but the brackets are labeled wrongly so it has to be tried on before bolting it on to find the correct one. I have them on both the truck and suv.

just as in the YouTube videos, for the R1T you need to check the fitment for the brakes and not follow the labels only. Once you get the brackets right the installation is easy and it looks great and is strong, obviously not for rock crawling, but for everyday use.

Easy to install, makes it a lot easier for the shorter members of the family, nice to stand on and put stuff on the roof racks. I like that it has the R1T logo too.

Items were mislabeled and the box had an extra bag of bolts that did not go to anything. The instructions were hard to follow but once we found which parts went where, install of quick and simple. Overall I am satisfied with the product. Seems solid and well built.
