Hansshow Model 3 and Model Y Console Screen Rotating Swivel Kit

This is by far the best upgrade I have made to my Tesla Y. It provides functionality that I use every day. The mount moves the screen out away from the dashboard a few inches which makes the screen more visible even without tilting it toward me. I find the tilt particularly useful when I am using navigation as it places the screen at a much more natural angle. Also, it was very easy to install.

I was hesitant to purchase and install the Console Screen Rotating Swivel Kit for a couple of reasons. First, I wasn't sure I saw any value in it, and second, I thought the installation would be difficult. I was wrong on both counts. This is the best accessory I have purchased for my 2023 Model Y. The installation was super easy. It took me about 45 minutes as I was being very careful, and the difference it makes is well worth it. It pushes the screen out about 1.5" - 2" which for me makes it much easier to see (the steering wheel doesn't block anything anymore) when not swiveled and when swiveled toward me makes using the screen much easier. All required tools are included, but I used my own and installation is straight forward. The only recommendation I would make is before you reinstall the temp sensor, gently run the screws into the new cover and then remove them. Reinstalling the sensor is a little awkward and this way the screw holes are pre-threaded and it makes reinstalling the sensor quick and easy. Buy this swivel, you will love it!
