I think they can improve their tech support. First of all they only can communicate through WeChat! I don’t understand why can’t they offer phone support. Second their tech support don’t start to answer messages after 5:00 pacific time.

Model Y Auto Present Door Handles

My Hansshow auto present door handle experience has been good to this point with the following exceptions:

1. Instructions do not indicate where to run the wiring from the driver's side doors to the passenger side control module and wiring from the control module to the battery. I was fortunate to find a YouTube video that partly showed another installer running the wiring. I believe this should be included in the instructions for the few that are not as mechanically inclined.

2. There should be an ability to shut off the auto present feature when at home. When walking around the house, the door handles would auto present themselves. I'd be concerned with someone walking by seeing that and breaking into the car. Yes, you could turn Bluetooth off, but what if you have other device that require bluetooth to operate. The shut off feature for auto-present should work similar to how you can shut off sentry mode in the Tesla setting when your home address is set.
