I recently put these Starlink taillights along with strip light on my 2024 Tesla Model Y. They look awesome and really make the car stand out, but I did have some trouble with the right inner light not working at first. Customer service was kind of a pain since they only use email, so it took about 2 weeks to 20 days to get a replacement. Luckily, everything’s been working fine since then.
**Tip for anyone thinking about buying these:**
Definitely go for it, but make sure the lights are working before you take them to a pro installer. You can follow the instructions or check out a bunch of YouTube videos for help. I’m telling you this because if something’s wrong with the lights when you’re at the installer, they’ll still charge you for their time, even if the lights don’t work. I made that mistake, so you don’t have to. While this might not happen to everyone, it’s best to double-check everything first!
You can also install them yourself if you’re up for it. If you’re curious, pros might charge anywhere from $80 to $150 per hour, depending on where you live. Overall, I’m happy with the lights, even with the bumps along the way. That’s why I’m giving them a 5-star rating. Thanks!

I couldn’t be more pleased with this tail light upgrade!!! It look “AMAZING”, soooooo much better in real life than in the videos… it was easy to install, and the plug and play wiring was a breeze!

Customer service is the worst. Technical service or technical help is the worst. You can only communicate through WhatsApp, and to get anything done. It takes at least a month because of the time difference and their inability to help you.As far as a product itself the wiring harness was wired wrong, which I told them, their solution was to splice the wires and black tape it together after paying the amount of money I paid should not be happening I would not really recommend the product due to the fact of customer service and Technical Support taking so long as far as a light they look good, but the aggravation of trying to get them to work right incorrectly Was just too great of a task. I gave it a five star rating because I don’t think they would’ve posted this if I hadn’t I would really give it a one or two just on customer service and Technical Support I’ve only had the lights working for the last two days so hopefully they don’t burn out because they’re cheaply made if I’m having an issue with a prepackaged light system with wiring harnesses and there’s a big problem that nobody is taking a look at. I said their solution was to splice the wires, taped them with black wiring and be happy with that
Installation was simply, my only concern was dropping some of the nuts into the bottom of the car when removing/installing lights. Everything worked first try! Installation was simple, no misfits or anything in that sense!
