Please confirm whether the plug is installed correctly. When installing the steering wheel, connect the heating speed limiter first, and then connect the steering column plug. The heating plug needs to be plugged in tightly.

There is a problem with the button or there is a problem with the control box. If only part of the button function is lost, only the damaged button needs to be replaced. If all functions of the two buttons do not work, replace the control box and wiring harness.

If there are scratches on the trim panel or leather, please take a photo to keep a record and contact after-sales customer service for processing.

Awesome quality and includes the airbag! Make sure you have a 10mm hex key available for the installation. I spent probably an hour looking at install videos and then it took about 25 minutes to actually install it.
