Common Troubleshooting Guide
Cause:
- Other factors causing the microprocessor to work abnormally.
- The main unit plug was disconnected and not reconnected within 5 minutes.
- The plugs for the main unit or screen are not properly connected.
Solution:
- Restart the key.
- Connect the wiring harness properly, lock the car for 2 hours, and keep the mobile phone and remote key more than 20 meters away from the car. After 2 hours, check if the screen can be lit.
- Reconnect the main unit plug.

Solution:
Reconnect the main unit plug.
Cause:
The power and protocol wires are not connected properly.
Solution:
Reconnect the wires and inspect the wire interfaces.

Press and hold the left and right scroll wheel for 3 seconds to enter the settings interface. From there, you can set the mode to either manual or automatic.

Push and roll the right scroll wheel to the right for 3 seconds to enter the UI switch interface. From there, you can set the desired UI.

Push and roll the right wheel to the left for 3 seconds to enter the settings interface. Set to the desired brightness level.

Push the right scroll wheel to the left and hold for 3 seconds to enter the settings interface, then set the desired color.

The front view camera is set to off.
Solution:
Go to the settings page and turn on the front view camera.

System crash.
Solution:
Long press the left scroll wheel to the left for a forced restart.
Solution:
- There is a shortcut on the right side of the interface which you can touch to directly adjust the volume.
- Turning the scroll wheel up and down on the left side will increase or decrease the volume.
