FAQ

  • Ensure the adapter wiring harness is correctly connected; you may need to reconnect it.
  • If the host plug was disconnected, reconnect the wiring harness, lock the car for 2 hours, keep phones and keys 20 meters away, and check if the screen lights up after.

The host Bluetooth might not be connected. Search and connect to the correct Bluetooth again.

Verify if the seat's wiring harness is connected; if disconnected, please reconnect.

Check if the child lock is activated. If so, slide to hide SOD in the top-right corner of the screen and deactivate the child lock.

The left port is for data reading, and the right is for fast charging. Ensure the USB drive is plugged into the correct port.
